JP Projects – Terms of Service

By engaging JP Projects for goods and/or services, you agree to the following terms:

Scope of Work

All work is based on mutually agreed-upon scope, pricing, and timeline communicated via email or written confirmation prior to payment.

Payment Terms

Payment is required in full prior to the commencement of services or procurement of goods unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Fulfillment

JP Projects coordinates sourcing, procurement, and/or delivery of goods and services through a network of third-party vendors. Timelines are estimates and may vary based on availability and logistics.

Cancellations & Refunds

Due to the nature of custom sourcing and procurement, all sales are final once payment has been processed and work has begun.

Liability

JP Projects is not liable for delays, damages, or issues arising from third-party vendors, shipping carriers, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Acceptance of Terms

Submission of payment constitutes acceptance of these terms.
